Use the official spirits categories, application form and sample limits. Distillery classifications and product medals are managed separately.

The entry must meet the selected edition, category, eligibility and intellectual-property requirements.

Official fees
Amounts retain the official currency and recorded conditions. Entry, progression, award packages and optional items are distinct. Ruinuo’s advisory fees are agreed separately.

Physical samples required
Confirm the applicable stage, quantity, specification, receiving address and route before dispatch. Use the current official notice; an organiser’s office address is not automatically a sample warehouse.
- Quantity and specification
- Confirm drink-specific bottle count, volume, identification and analysis against the 2027 formal confirmation; do not reuse another spirits programme's quantities.
- Delivery
- Use the current official notice for address, receiving period and parcel labels; do not dispatch directly to the organiser's office.
- Costs and responsibilities
- The reviewed public rules do not fully assign freight, import tax, insurance and return costs. Confirm responsibilities with organiser and carrier before shipping; these are not assumed free or included in entry.
- Return and retention
- The reviewed rules do not fully explain return, retention or disposal. Confirm whether return is available, collection deadlines and costs before dispatch.
