Eligibility and scope

Who and what may enter

Entries require a digital or electronic interface or function and must have launched or begun development within two years. Product entries must be on the market or due within one year; Concept and New Talent have separate conditions.

Limits and exclusions

The entry must meet the selected edition, category, eligibility and intellectual-property requirements.

Materials and samples

Entry materials

  • Public description up to 500 characters including spaces, four JPEG images, company vector logo and relevant links.
  • Explain user challenges, research, decisions and outcomes; a 60–90 second functional demonstration and research PDF are recommended.

Samples depend on category or progression

Confirm the applicable stage, quantity, specification, receiving address and route before dispatch. Use the current official notice; an organiser’s office address is not automatically a sample warehouse.

Quantity and specification
Follow the nomination and judging notice. An entrant or authorised person must assemble work delivered in parts.
Delivery
Timing and address follow the current official notice; upload digital materials as specified.
Costs and responsibilities
Entrants carry display risk; the organiser does not insure exhibits. Entrants reimburse additional preparation costs under the terms. Confirm freight, import and return charges before arrangements.
Return and retention
The reviewed rules do not fully explain return, retention or disposal. Confirm whether return is available, collection deadlines and costs before dispatch.

寄样要求：数字资料为主；特定评审可能要求实物

适用阶段：官方条款允许第二阶段提交项目或适当的数字资料；如主办方要求实物，则提供可评审的、装配好且可运行的作品。不能一概标为无寄样要求。

数量与规格：按提名项目和评审通知准备，拆件送达的项目需由参评者或其授权人现场装配。

交付时间与地点：时间和地址按本届官方通知；数字资料依规定上传。

费用由谁承担：展示风险由参评者承担，主办方不为展示物投保；补充准备产生的费用按条款由参评者偿付。运费、进口及退运费用未在已查段落中逐项列明，安排前确认。

退样与处置：已查公开规则未完整说明退样、留存或销毁安排。寄送前先确认是否退还、领取期限及相关费用。

适用范围：Spring 2027届及所列现行官方规则；后续届次重新核对。

Assessment and recognition

How entries are assessed

Nomination precedes detailed assessment and final jury discussion; Public Choice uses a separate vote.

Recognition and permitted use

Nomination and winner benefits include the applicable display and communications. The professional nomination package is paid at nomination, not only after a final award.

This is an independently maintained reference record. The organiser’s current rules govern eligibility, deadlines, charges and the award decision. The review date describes source verification, not a new publication of organiser rules.
