Eligibility and scope
Who and what may enter
Only exhibitors at the 76th Spielwarenmesse may enter. Products must not previously have been shown in that form at the fair before 2027 and must launch between February 2026 and September 2027. Maximum three products per company.
Limits and exclusions
Product ideas, sketches and non-functional prototypes are not accepted.

Official fees
Amounts retain the official currency and recorded conditions. Entry, progression, award packages and optional items are distinct. Ruinuo’s advisory fees are agreed separately.

Entry materials

Physical samples required
Confirm the applicable stage, quantity, specification, receiving address and route before dispatch. Use the current official notice; an organiser’s office address is not automatically a sample warehouse.
- Quantity and specification
- Fully assembled and functional, with batteries and all necessary accessories. A company may enter up to three products; physical unit quantities follow the notice.
- Delivery
- The organiser states shipment by 23 December 2026. This is dispatch, not a universal arrival date. Confirm the exact recipient and receipt requirements.
- Costs and responsibilities
- The organiser assigns all shipping and customs costs to the entrant, with freight prepaid as instructed. Confirm insurance, returns and special transport costs separately.
- Return and retention
- The organiser is not responsible for damage during testing. Confirm return, collection timing and charges before dispatch.

寄样要求：接到送样通知后，提交装配好且可用的玩具
适用阶段：按2027展商报名和接收通知发运，不能以不可运行的模型代替正式参评产品。
数量与规格：必须装配完整、可正常使用，电池及其他必需配件一并提供；每企业最多报名3个产品，实际样品份数按通知。
交付时间与地点：官方列2026年12月23日前发运产品，这是发运节点，不是统一到样日；准确收件地址及到样要求按官方确认。
费用由谁承担：官方明确全部寄送和关税费用由参评企业承担；按要求运费预付送达。保险、退运和特殊运输金额按实际安排另核。
退样与处置：官方不承担测试过程中可能出现的损坏；是否退还、领取期限及费用应在寄送前确认。
适用范围：2027届及所列现行官方规则；后续届次重新核对。

Professionals shortlist submitted products, then physical-product evaluation determines finalists and winners.
Recognition and permitted use
Finalists or winners may use the relevant title, certificate and communications materials under the organiser's permission.
