Who and what may enter
Projects must have been produced, released or launched after 2022-01-01. Individual-achievement entries have separate eligibility requirements.

The entry must meet the selected edition, category, eligibility and intellectual-property requirements.

Entry materials
- Approximately 350-word project description; JPEG/JPG up to 4 MB, with 1,200 px, 300 dpi and RGB recommended.
- Provide accessible audiovisual links for judges; individual categories may include a biography.
No physical judging samples required
Assessment does not require physical judging samples. Optional trophies or printed materials and their delivery are separate from sample requirements.

How entries are assessed
Design work is assessed anonymously; individual achievements additionally consider professional background, achievement, innovation and influence.
Recognition and permitted use
Certificate, mark and project display follow the award level; check the level table for trophy inclusion.
