Eligibility and scope

Who and what may enter

Manufacturers and designers worldwide may enter industrially produced products with market-launch dates between 2025-01-01 and 2027-07-01.

Limits and exclusions

The same product already entered in this product-design programme cannot be submitted again. Redesigned products may re-enter under the relevant rules.

Physical samples required

Confirm the applicable stage, quantity, specification, receiving address and route before dispatch. Use the current official notice; an organiser’s office address is not automatically a sample warehouse.

Quantity and specification
For a product line, provide one physical version and explain other sizes, colours and materials digitally. For a product family, supply up to four representative products and digital material for the rest.
Delivery
2027 products arrive on 8–26 February 2027 using official labels issued after registration. For footprints of 3 square metres or more, contact the logistics team before arranging assembly.
Costs and responsibilities
Entrants pay shipping, customs and transit insurance. Non-EU shipments require DDP, with sender-prepaid freight and clearance/taxes. Confirm return under official logistics arrangements.
Return and retention
Confirm collection and post-award exhibition retention in the current logistics notice. Decide return needs and charges before shipping.

寄样要求：需要提供可正常使用的实物产品

适用阶段：按产品设计实物评审要求提交已装配、可运行的产品，附配件及PI识别标签；创新或可持续附加报名不重复寄同一产品。

数量与规格：产品线提供一个实物版本，其他尺寸、颜色、材质用数字资料说明；产品家族提供最多4件代表产品，其余以数字材料补充。

交付时间与地点：2027届实物于2027年2月8—26日到达；收件地址使用报名后的官方标签。占地3㎡及以上的产品先联系物流团队，不自行安排现场装配。

费用由谁承担：参评者承担寄送、关税和运输保险等费用；欧盟外发货须采用完税交货DDP，即发件方预付运输和清关税费。退运也按官方物流安排另核。

退样与处置：取回时间和获奖后留展安排按本届物流通知确认；寄送前先决定退运需求并核对费用。

适用范围：2027届及所列现行官方规则；后续届次重新核对。

How entries are assessed

An international jury assesses product design; innovation and sustainability assessments require additional registration.

Recognition and permitted use

The selected post-award package provides mark licensing, certificate, yearbook and online or exhibition presentation. Package conditions and prices apply separately.
