Eligibility and scope
Who and what may enter
Professional accepts Concept and Ready For Market work; the latter must not be available for market delivery before 2027-07-02. Next Gen accepts concept-stage projects only.
Limits and exclusions
The entry must meet the selected edition, category, eligibility and intellectual-property requirements.

Entry materials
- English summary up to 400 characters and detailed description up to 1,500 characters.
- Up to five JPG images, up to 7 MB each at 300 dpi.
- Optional MP4 video, up to 20 MB and three minutes.
Physical samples are optional
Confirm the applicable stage, quantity, specification, receiving address and route before dispatch. Use the current official notice; an organiser’s office address is not automatically a sample warehouse.
- Quantity and specification
- Prototype/model quantities, dimensions and use conditions require programme-specific official confirmation.
- Delivery
- The current page lists 19 April–3 May at 11 Marina Boulevard #01-01/02, Singapore, without individual year labels. Confirm the applicable edition before dispatch.
- Costs and responsibilities
- Deliver DDP; temporary imports require a freight agent. Storage and return costs and risks are assigned to entrants. Obtain actual shipping and tax quotes first.
- Return and retention
- For prototypes/models selected for return, preparation starts from October. Confirm timing and costs with the organiser.

Recognition and permitted use
Post-award packages include the mark and project presentation. Package level, display and confidentiality options follow official rules.
