Eligibility and scope
Who and what may enter
Responsible companies or authorised representatives may apply for products sold in at least one identified market for adults aged 18 and over, with a defined formulation, current label and supporting evidence. ASA membership is not required. Provide originals and English translations as specified.
Limits and exclusions
Unmarketed products, concepts, incomplete formulations, standalone B2B ingredients, ordinary foods, medicines, medical devices, injectables, animal products and products specifically for children, pregnancy or breastfeeding are excluded. Disease-treatment claims are not accepted.

Assessment and recognition
How entries are assessed
Document review uses published criteria for scientific evidence, formulation, safety/quality information and responsible labelling. Each application identifies a formulation and label version. Assessment is separate from purchasing physical award items.
Recognition and permitted use
Application, assessment, digital certificate, public record, verification and permitted digital artwork are free. The official site also lists free appeal and renewal-application review. Optional physical trophies, print certificates and labels do not affect the result.
