Eligibility and scope

Who and what may enter

Entries are accepted year-round, including products launched in earlier years. Substantially updated winning products must re-enter as new products. Food and supplements are not accepted.

Limits and exclusions

Food, supplements and individual physical products weighing over 100 pounds are not accepted.

Official fees

Physical samples required

Confirm the applicable stage, quantity, specification, receiving address and route before dispatch. Use the current official notice; an organiser’s office address is not automatically a sample warehouse.

Quantity and specification: The official FAQ lists two samples. Confirm access arrangements separately for digital services and apps.
Delivery: Contact elena.epstein@nappaawards.com before shipping. A website or company office address is not automatically a receiving point.
Costs and responsibilities: The public FAQ does not fully allocate shipping, import, insurance and return costs. Ask when confirming the address and check with the carrier; do not assume entry includes them.
Return and retention: Samples and accompanying material are used by judges and family testers; additional units may support publicity or charitable donation. No universal return is promised; confirm before shipping.

费用由谁承担：公开 FAQ 未完整列明寄送、进口、保险和退样费用责任；确认地址时一并询问，并与承运方核对，不视为报名费已含。

退样与处置：样品及随附资料供评委和家庭测试者使用，额外样品可能用于宣传或慈善捐赠。官方未承诺统一退样，寄前确认。

适用范围：全年受理届及所列现行官方规则；后续届次重新核对。

Assessment and recognition

How entries are assessed

Parents, children and professional evaluators use products and consider quality, design and family experience. Payment does not guarantee an award.

Recognition and permitted use

Digital award identity, official product page and communications opportunities. Mark use for continually changing digital products is generally one year; physical products must retain the original design, content and quality.

Official sources and verification

This is an independently maintained reference record. The organiser’s current rules govern eligibility, deadlines, charges and the award decision. The review date describes source verification, not a new publication of organiser rules.
