Confirm the applicable stage, quantity, specification, receiving address and route before dispatch. Use the current official notice; an organiser’s office address is not automatically a sample warehouse.

Quantity and specification

Food generally requires eight units, or five if over 250 g/ml; water/soft drinks eight, or five if over 1 L; cosmetics and nutrition four; beer eight, or four if over 1 L; spirits four, or eight if below 700 ml. Address and timing follow registration confirmation.

Delivery

The official calendar lists Chaussée de Tubize 242, 1440 Wauthier-Braine, Belgium, but obtain registration confirmation first. Early/regular/late routes require receipt before 1 December/1 February/1 April; the page does not state the year at each node, so none is invented.

Costs and responsibilities
