Physical samples required
Confirm the applicable stage, quantity, specification, receiving address and route before dispatch. Use the current official notice; an organiser’s office address is not automatically a sample warehouse.
- Quantity and specification
- The 2027 sample page requires two bottles per product at 700 ml or more, or three at 500 ml or less. Volumes between 500 and 700 ml need organiser confirmation.
- Delivery
- Use the warehouse on the account's shipping labels. The 2027 beer/spirits guides require receipt before 5 March. For wine, use confirmed 2027 arrangements rather than the old 2026 page.
- Costs and responsibilities
- Entrants prepay freight, customs, taxes and import declaration costs using DDP. Additional costs or penalties for import non-compliance are the submitter's responsibility. Confirm insurance separately.
- Return and retention
- The reviewed logistics rules do not promise returns after judging. Rejected parcels due to papers or charges must be redelivered before closing; late arrival does not guarantee entry or refund.

寄样要求：需要寄送酒样，按容量和本届通知准备
适用阶段：先报名付款，下载账号内官方寄样标签，外箱贴标签并附一份在箱内，发运后提交物流单号。
数量与规格：2027寄样页要求≥700ml每款2瓶，≤500ml每款3瓶。介于500—700ml的规格未在这两档中明确，须另向主办方确认。
交付时间与地点：使用账号寄样标签上的仓库地址。啤酒及烈酒2027指引要求3月5日前到样；葡萄酒按2027当届确认的到样安排执行，不采用旧页2026日期。
费用由谁承担：参评者预付运费、关税、税费及进口申报费用，采用DDP；不符合进口要求产生的额外费用或罚金由提交者承担。保险是否购买及报价另行确认。
退样与处置：已查物流规则未承诺评审后退样；因单据或费用问题退件的，须在截止前重新送达，迟到不保证参评或退款。
适用范围：2027届及所列现行官方规则；后续届次重新核对。

How entries are assessed
Blind tasting precedes value and packaging assessment; the official weighting of all dimensions determines medal results.
Recognition and permitted use
Certificates and communications materials; packaging labels or print licences are ordered separately under official rules. Free marketing assets do not confer unlimited packaging-print rights.
