Eligibility and scope
Who and what may enter
London judging accepts producers worldwide. Regional on-site judging is limited to the relevant region and category; one deadline does not cover every route.
Limits and exclusions
The entry must meet the selected edition, category, eligibility and intellectual-property requirements.

Choose a route to view its applicable events and fees. Alternative routes and packages must not be added together.

Official fees
Amounts retain the official currency and recorded conditions. Entry, progression, award packages and optional items are distinct. Ruinuo’s advisory fees are agreed separately.

Physical samples required
Confirm the applicable stage, quantity, specification, receiving address and route before dispatch. Use the current official notice; an organiser’s office address is not automatically a sample warehouse.
- Quantity and specification
- London wine: four bottles per wine; spirits: two. Other routes and volume requirements follow their own guides.
- Delivery
- Use the selected route's direct-arrival or consolidated drop-off deadline. Consolidation closes earlier than the final warehouse; do not interchange dates.
- Costs and responsibilities
- Consolidation and transport charges are separate from entry. Verify freight, import tax, insurance and applicable route in post-entry logistics quotes.
- Return and retention
- The reviewed rules do not fully explain return, retention or disposal. Confirm whether return is available, collection deadlines and costs before dispatch.

寄样要求：伦敦葡萄酒4瓶，烈酒2瓶
适用阶段：按伦敦葡萄酒、烈酒、无低中度或其他赛道分别选择送样规则。
数量与规格：伦敦葡萄酒每款4瓶、烈酒每款2瓶；其他赛道及容量要求以对应官方指引为准。
交付时间与地点：按所选赛道的直接到样或集运交样节点寄送；集运点截止通常早于最终仓库，不混用日期。
费用由谁承担：集运、运输等费用与参评费分开；实际运费、进口税费、保险和适用路线，按报名后的物流报价逐项确认。
退样与处置：已查公开规则未完整说明退样、留存或销毁安排。寄送前先确认是否退还、领取期限及相关费用。
适用范围：2027届及所列现行官方规则；后续届次重新核对。
Assessment and recognition
How entries are assessed
Experts blind-taste products on their own merits. Qualifying scores receive medals, with selected products progressing to trophy judging.
Recognition and permitted use
Medal artwork, certificates, results listings and trade communications depend on route and score.
Official sources and verification
This is an independently maintained reference record. The organiser’s current rules govern eligibility, deadlines, charges and the award decision. The review date describes source verification, not a new publication of organiser rules.
