Use the current rules for the project’s discipline. Concept work must be entered only in a discipline that accepts concepts.

The entry must meet the selected edition, category, eligibility and intellectual-property requirements.

Entry materials
- Project details, design description, images and discipline-specific supplementary materials.
Samples depend on category or progression
Confirm the applicable stage, quantity, specification, receiving address and route before dispatch. Use the current official notice; an organiser’s office address is not automatically a sample warehouse.
- Quantity and specification
- Finished products are preferred. Confirm acceptable prototypes or digital presentations by discipline; a non-functional model is not a finished product.
- Delivery
- 2027 final judging receipt window: 8 December 2026–22 January 2027, with warehouse arrival before 22 January. Use my iF for warehouse and labels.
- Costs and responsibilities
- The official FAQ links partner logistics quotes. Check separately whether freight, clearance, taxes, insurance and return are included in the quote and account terms.
- Return and retention
- Post-final-judging collection: 1–19 March 2027. Overdue work may be disposed of or donated. Arrange collection when planning dispatch.

寄样要求：首轮线上；晋级终审后按学科安排
适用阶段：首轮为在线预选。晋级后，产品、包装、产品界面及部分品牌传达等学科，官方强烈建议提交实物；无法寄送时应联系主办方讨论替代方式。其他学科不接受终审实物提交。
数量与规格：成品优先；可接受的原型或数字呈现须按官方学科规则确认，不能将不可运行模型当作成品。
交付时间与地点：2027届终审收样窗口为2026年12月8日至2027年1月22日，须在1月22日前到仓；收样仓地址及物流标签按 my iF 通知。
费用由谁承担：官方 FAQ 提供合作物流报价渠道；运费、清关、税费、保险及退运是否包含，须按实际报价和账号条款逐项确认。
退样与处置：终审后取回窗口为2027年3月1日至19日；逾期可能由主办方处置或捐赠。寄送时就应安排取回。
适用范围：2027届及所列现行官方规则；后续届次重新核对。
