Products must have first been distributed between 2024-03-01 and 2026-03-01. Non-product categories have their own conditions.

The entry must meet the selected edition, category, eligibility and intellectual-property requirements.

Entry materials
- Project images, design description and team details; content locks after payment.
Physical samples are optional
Confirm the applicable stage, quantity, specification, receiving address and route before dispatch. Use the current official notice; an organiser’s office address is not automatically a sample warehouse.
- Quantity and specification
- The museum does not accept prototypes, concepts or appearance models. Verify assembled dimensions and weight; shortlisted entrants receive limits and precise delivery information.
- Delivery
- Dispatch only after receiving round-two labels and deadlines; do not send samples independently during round one.
- Costs and responsibilities
- Entrants pay all shipping. Supply a prepaid return label if return is selected; otherwise disposal charges apply under the rules. Import and insurance costs depend on route.
- Return and retention
- Physical entries without gold, silver or bronze and without a prepaid return label may be disposed of after judging. Medal-winning objects may be considered for the museum collection; confirm official arrangements.

适用阶段：只有获邀且完成第二轮付款的项目可选择寄往美国密歇根州Dearborn的The Henry Ford供评审，实物参与为可选。
数量与规格：博物馆不接受原型、概念或外观模型；尺寸重量按装配后的成品核对，限制和准确收件信息由入围通知提供。
交付时间与地点：按第二轮邀请取得标签和收样期限后寄送，不在首轮自行发样。
费用由谁承担：参评者承担全部寄送费用；选择取回时提供预付退运标签，不退回时按规则承担处置费用。进口及保险金额按路线另核。
退样与处置：未获金、银、铜奖且未提供预付退运标签的实物，可在评审后被处置；金、银、铜奖实物可能有机会进入馆藏，按官方安排确认。
适用范围：2026届及所列现行官方规则；后续届次重新核对。

Recognition and permitted use
Website, yearbook, mark and certificate carry no further winner fee. Awards-dinner and conference tickets are separate purchases.
