Who and what may enter
Each flavour requires its own entry and each product uses one official category. Check the exclusions before entry.
Limits and exclusions
Exclusions include vitamins and supplements, food for babies or children, fresh fruit and vegetables, certain pre-stuffed poultry products, baking or meal kits, and takeaway or delivered meals. See the full official terms.

Physical samples required
Confirm the applicable stage, quantity, specification, receiving address and route before dispatch. Use the current official notice; an organiser’s office address is not automatically a sample warehouse.
- Quantity and specification
- Confirm quantity, pack specification, storage temperature and shelf life by category and sample email; one quantity does not cover every food.
- Delivery
- 2027 tasting runs February–May. The location and arrival date follow official email; allow transport and clearance time.
- Costs and responsibilities
- The reviewed public rules do not fully assign freight, import tax, insurance and return costs. Confirm responsibilities with organiser and carrier before shipping; these are not assumed free or included in entry.
- Return and retention
- The reviewed rules do not fully explain return, retention or disposal. Confirm whether return is available, collection deadlines and costs before dispatch.

寄样要求：需要品鉴样品，按官方邮件分批寄送
适用阶段：先完成2027报名及付款，再按官方分配的品鉴批次送样；不要提前自行寄送。
数量与规格：数量、包装规格、保存温度与保质期按具体品类和寄样邮件核对，不用同一份数覆盖全部食品。
交付时间与地点：2027品鉴安排在2—5月，具体收件地点与到样日期随官方邮件通知；应预留运输及清关时间。
费用由谁承担：已查公开规则没有完整列明运费、进口税费、保险和退样费用由谁承担。寄送前需向主办方及承运方确认，不把这些支出视为免费或已含在报名费中。

Assessment and recognition
How entries are assessed
Chefs, buyers, food writers and retail specialists taste products on their individual merits. One, two and three stars represent distinct levels.
Recognition and permitted use
All entered products receive judging feedback. Winners may use the corresponding licensed star mark and certificate and enter the official results directory.
Official sources and verification
This is an independently maintained reference record. The organiser’s current rules govern eligibility, deadlines, charges and the award decision. The review date describes source verification, not a new publication of organiser rules.
