Who and what may enter
Entries must be disclosable on 2026-10-15 and available for users to purchase or use by 2027-03-31. Domestic and international applications are accepted.
Limits and exclusions
The entry must meet the selected edition, category, eligibility and intellectual-property requirements.

Entry materials
- Register project, applicant and design details through the official entry system.
Samples depend on category or progression
Confirm the applicable stage, quantity, specification, receiving address and route before dispatch. Use the current official notice; an organiser’s office address is not automatically a sample warehouse.
- Quantity and specification
- Check the round-two manual for products, panels, explanations and operating accessories. Alternatives must meet current category rules.
- Delivery
- The 2026 second screening uses Makuhari Messe Halls 4–8, with move-in on 4 August and move-out on 7 August. Do not courier directly to the venue. Overseas entrants follow the 2026 manual for clearance and handling.
- Costs and responsibilities
- Optional handling services are priced by size and package. Confirm transport, clearance and insurance responsibilities and amounts for the chosen option.
- Return and retention
- Move out at the specified time. Confirm agency handling, return or disposal before arranging it.

寄样要求：通过初审后，按类别准备展示物
适用阶段：初审依据报名资料；第二轮依据现品或规定的替代展示物评审，需要按类别准备。不能把第一轮线上申报理解为全程免寄送。
数量与规格：按第二轮手册核对实物、面板、说明和必要操作附件；替代物是否可用须符合本届类别规则。
交付时间与地点：2026第二轮在幕张展览馆4—8号厅举行，8月4日搬入、8月7日搬出；不得直接把作品快递到会场。海外参评者按2026第二轮手册安排清关和搬入搬出。
费用由谁承担：官方另列搬入搬出代办等选配服务，按尺寸和方案计价；运输、清关、保险的承担和金额按所选方案确认。
退样与处置：按指定时间搬出；是否采用代办、退运或处置须在安排前确认。
适用范围：2026届及所列现行官方规则；后续届次重新核对。

How entries are assessed
First and second screening determine awards and special awards; objects may include products, architecture, software, services and systems.
Recognition and permitted use
Award display and G Mark licensing are separate. An award-package payment does not confer unlimited rights for every use.
