Who and what may enter
Products must be on the market; communication, spatial and integrated projects must be completed by 2026-12-31. Companies and design teams may enter.
Limits and exclusions
The entry must meet the selected edition, category, eligibility and intellectual-property requirements.

Samples depend on category or progression
Confirm the applicable stage, quantity, specification, receiving address and route before dispatch. Use the current official notice; an organiser’s office address is not automatically a sample warehouse.
- Quantity and specification
- For large or undeliverable work, prepare an introductory video of no more than 180 seconds and request an approved alternative; normal quantities follow the notice.
- Delivery
- Use the current official notice for address, receiving period and parcel labels; do not dispatch directly to the organiser's office.
- Costs and responsibilities
- The organiser assigns collection transport and necessary costs after later judging to the entrant. Confirm outward freight, cross-border taxes and insurance separately before dispatch.
- Return and retention
- Collect after the review at the announced location/time. Final-round work remains until the exhibition ends; entrants pay transport and necessary charges.

寄样要求：初审不寄样，复审及决审按通知送件
适用阶段：初审不需要实物；晋级复审或决审后，主办方通知送到指定地点。大型作品不能送件时，须说明原因并取得同意，不能自行改成影片参评。
数量与规格：大型或无法送件作品可先准备不超过180秒的介绍影片，并申请替代方式；一般作品数量按通知。
交付时间与地点：收件地址、接收时间和包裹标签，以本届官方通知为准；不要直接寄往主办方办公地址。
费用由谁承担：官方明确复审、决审后的取回运输及其他必要费用由参评者承担。去程、跨境税费和保险的具体报价，寄送前另行核对。
退样与处置：复审结束后按公告地点和时间取回；决审作品留至展览结束后再通知取回，运输及必要费用由参评者承担。
适用范围：2026届及所列现行官方规则；后续届次重新核对。

Entries receiving the design mark may progress to consideration for Best Design of the Year.
Recognition and permitted use
Design mark, display and exchange opportunities follow the award level and official rules.
