Eligibility and scope

Who and what may enter

Projects released or launched within the preceding five years may enter, with exceptions for design classics, reissues and start-up categories. Concepts are accepted only in permitted categories.

Limits and exclusions

The entry must meet the selected edition, category, eligibility and intellectual-property requirements.

Materials and samples

Entry materials

German/English project title and short description of up to 500 characters.
Up to five images, project year, designer and client details.

Samples depend on category or progression

Confirm the applicable stage, quantity, specification, receiving address and route before dispatch. Use the current official notice; an organiser’s office address is not automatically a sample warehouse.

Sample instructions 1

Quantity and specification: Products must operate. Where powered, provide the required European plug, at least 3 m of cable and 230 V compatibility; bicycles require stands.
Delivery: 2027 edition: S/M products arrive at the designated Raunheim point on 14–22 September 2026; L/XL installation in Offenbach is 28–29 September, vehicles on 30 September. Digital files upload by 18 September. Include the project reference in the address.
Costs and responsibilities: Entrants arrange clearance; the organiser recommends transit and exhibition insurance. Entrants pay overdue storage, donation or disposal costs. Obtain freight and tax quotes separately.
Return and retention: S/M collection: 12–16 October 2026; L/XL dismantling: 5–6 October; vehicles: 2 October. Overdue work may be stored at charge for up to ten working days, then donated or disposed of at entrant expense.

寄样要求：按登记选择实物或数字展示

适用阶段：登记时填写展示尺寸和重量，按所选实物或数字形式交付。数字资料最多2个文件：PDF不超过10页、MP4不超过180秒，总大小不超过50MB。

数量与规格：实物须可运行；需电源时按官方要求提供欧标插头、至少3米电源线和230V适配条件；自行车须配支架。

交付时间与地点：2027届：S/M实物2026年9月14—22日送至Raunheim指定物流点；L/XL于9月28—29日在Offenbach会场安装，车辆9月30日交付；数字文件9月18日前上传。地址须带项目编号。

费用由谁承担：参评方自行办理清关，官方建议购买运输及展览保险。逾期保管、捐赠或处置费用由参评方承担；运费和税费具体金额另向物流方确认。

退样与处置：S/M于2026年10月12—16日取回；L/XL于10月5—6日拆除，车辆10月2日取回。逾期先收费保管最多10个工作日，之后可由主办方捐赠或处置并向参评方收费。

适用范围：2027届及所列现行官方规则；后续届次重新核对。

How entries are assessed

An international multidisciplinary jury reviews entries; direct submissions first undergo expert eligibility review.

Recognition and permitted use

The applicable package provides a mark, certificate and online display. Discipline and Gold-level charges differ.

This is an independently maintained reference record. The organiser’s current rules govern eligibility, deadlines, charges and the award decision. The review date describes source verification, not a new publication of organiser rules.
