Eligibility and scope
Who and what may enter
Restricted to Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna 2026 exhibitors. Entries must launch or be due to launch between April 2025 and March 2026 and fit the relevant programme category.
Limits and exclusions
Non-eligible exhibitors cannot enter. The object submitted must fit this programme and its current categories.

Entry materials

Samples depend on category or progression
Confirm the applicable stage, quantity, specification, receiving address and route before dispatch. Use the current official notice; an organiser’s office address is not automatically a sample warehouse.

- Follow the 2026 finalist guide for quantity, full-size format, packaging and accessories.
- Delivery
- The recorded 2026 sample deadline is 23 March. The edition has ended and this is not rewritten as 2027. Use its own official receipt instructions.
- Costs and responsibilities
- The reviewed public rules do not fully assign freight, import tax, insurance and return costs. Confirm responsibilities with organiser and carrier before shipping; these are not assumed free or included in entry.
- Return and retention
- The reviewed rules do not fully explain return, retention or disposal. Confirm whether return is available, collection deadlines and costs before dispatch.

Assessment and recognition
How entries are assessed
Assessment considers innovation, design, sustainability, technology, formulation and product claims; supply-chain entries also consider solutions and materials.
Recognition and permitted use
Finalists and winners may receive organiser-arranged display and communications. Titles and marks remain subject to licence.

This is an independently maintained reference record. The organiser’s current rules govern eligibility, deadlines, charges and the award decision. The review date describes source verification, not a new publication of organiser rules.
