A beauty supply-chain award for designated North American show exhibitors, with formulation and packaging design/materials categories. Miami and Las Vegas entry windows feed one shared 2027 awards process.
Eligibility and scope
Who and what may enter
Restricted to eligible Cosmoprof and Cosmopack North America 2027 Miami and/or Las Vegas exhibitors. The current category page gives a February 2026–January 2027 launch window, including new developments and existing exhibitor ranges. It does not publish a separately shifted Las Vegas launch window or a North American incorporation requirement.
Limits and exclusions
Non-eligible exhibitors and the organiser, BEAUTYSTREAMS and related parties specified in the rules are excluded. Finalists unable to supply required samples may be disqualified. CosmoTrends is a separate selection programme.

Approximately 2027-06-14; four finalists per category, with one judging process shared by both shows

Official fees
Amounts retain the official currency and recorded conditions. Entry, progression, award packages and optional items are distinct. Ruinuo’s advisory fees are agreed separately.

Entry materials
- Eligible exhibitor information for Miami or Las Vegas 2027
- Complete online form in English, product/solution description and entry category
- Launch date and whether a new development or existing range
- Product photographs; no universal format, resolution or word limit is publicly specified
- At least five full-size finalist samples and the organiser's required evidence
Samples depend on category or progression
Confirm the applicable stage, quantity, specification, receiving address and route before dispatch. Use the current official notice; an organiser’s office address is not automatically a sample warehouse.
- Quantity and specification
- At least five full-size products; confirm exact volume, packaging and receipt arrangements in the finalist notice. CosmoTrends has a separate two-sample rule that does not replace the Awards requirement.
- Delivery
- Deliver before 10 July 2027 to the organiser's designated location under the formal notice; do not infer an address from the show office.
- Costs and responsibilities
- Applicants pay postal/courier costs and associated taxes and carry transit risk. Quote insurance and clearance by product and route.
- Return and retention
- Official terms state that submitted information and products are not returned. Retain your own samples before dispatch.

Assessment and recognition
How entries are assessed
BEAUTYSTREAMS conducts the first assessment and selects four finalists per category. A professional jury judges on site in Las Vegas, selecting one winner per category. Criteria include originality, packaging/design, sustainability/ethics, technology and use systems, ingredients/formulation/texture, concept, claims and benefits, solutions and materials. USA Beauty LLC organises the programme; BEAUTYSTREAMS provides professional cooperation and evaluation.
Recognition and permitted use
Finalists may receive online and Las Vegas Awards display and related communications. Winners receive further official media and promotional support. Finalist/Winner Seals require the relevant licence; entry is not winning. Eligible submissions may also be considered for the separate CosmoTrends selection.
